2. Can you tell me about additional fees or tax?
We do not charge any handling fees, and we only charge tax for shipments to California. However, for some countries, you may need to pay for duties or VAT according to your countrie's levying rules.
3. What are the countries you currently ship to?
We can to ship to any country, as long as your payment is verfied.
4. Where does my order ship from?
We have warehouse facilities located throughout the globe, and your order will be shipped from the nearest warehouse depending on your ship-to address.
5. What kind of secure payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Authorize.net's secure gateway, and none of the credit card information will be stored on our server. We also accept payments by Paypal, and Amazon Payments. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. nor bank transfer.
6. What if I want to modify an order that's already been placed?
If you have already placed and paid for your order, and decided to modify it (by changing: color, size, quantity, shipping address etc), we can only change it for you if the order has not been shipped. Please use Contact Us page to submit your request.
7. Do I need to register before placing an order?
Yes, you do. You can browse our products without registering, and you can register with us easily along the checkout process when you are ready to place an order.
8. What is your policy for return or refund if I am not happy with what I purchase?
We carry a 30 Days return policy and no restocking fee will be applied if the goods are returned to us in good condition. Find out more here

10. Can I cancel my order?
If your order is still in processing stage, you can submit a cancel request in your account section.
If your order has already been shipped, you can submit a RMA request after you have received the shipment.
